It's a Good Thing
I just read where the NFL will institute a 15 yard penalty for excessive celebration demonstrations.
At first this concerned me - are there parameters set? They won't stop the "fun" demonstrations will they?
The answers are, yes and no.
The new ruling will not touch the touchdown dances and simple spikes, etc. However, after TO's sharpe incident and that damn cell phone drama with Joe Horn, it is time to reign 'em in.
So...if you score or sack, dance and sing, but leave the phones and markers at home. Got it boys!
